At Amway Center, the health and safety of patrons, staff, athletes and artists remain our top priority. Detailed information regarding new dates and refunds are available on each event page. Please check back regularly as this page is updated frequently.

Rescheduled Concerts and Events

If your event has not been rescheduled, a new date will be announced in the near future. Tickets and Geico Garage pre-paid parking are honored for the new dates. 

If your event organizer is offering refunds for a rescheduled event, log in to your Ticketmaster account and a refund link is visible under the event. All tickets purchased through a resale (i.e. Vivid Sets, Ticket Network, Stub Hub, Seat Geek, etc.) are subject to the refund policy of the respective ticket marketplace. Please contact their customer service departments for more information.

Canceled Concerts and Events

For tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, refunds are available through your Ticketmaster account for 30 days after the cancellation. Refund requests made after 30 days are provided as a credit to your Ticketmaster account.

For transferred tickets to you, the refund request must be made by the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster.

For tickets purchased through the box office, refunds are available in-person at the Amway Center box office Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. Patrons must bring their tickets and the credit card used for the purchase.
