Please complete the following information to request photo, video and/or reviewer media credentials for upcoming events. This form is for non-team related events. The deadline to submit media requests is a minimum of two weeks in advance of each show. If it's a multi-run show, requests must be submitted two weeks in advance of the first performance date.​

Credential approvals are at the sole discretion of the event/tour publicist and approved outlets will be notified approximately 24 – 48 hours before the show. If you are approved, an Amway Center marketing representative provides media policies and other show-related details.
