We are honored to be celebrating this momentous occasion with you. Before you arrive, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with Amway Center's policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
The Amway Center is a state-of-the-art facility that has been designed with your comfort and safety in mind. As you make your way to the arena, please note that all attendees are required to undergo a security screening process, which includes metal detectors and bag checks.
To expedite this process, we ask that you leave any prohibited items at home, including weapons, alcohol and outside food or drinks. For a full list of prohibited items, click or tap the Prohibited Items tab below.
Bag Policy
-Bags are NOT permitted.
-Small clutches are permitted.
-Small medical and parenting bags are permitted and will be subject to security screening at designated entry locations (max. 14"x14"x6").
Concessions
Concessions throughout the arena are open with limited food and beverage options during graduation ceremonies. In addition, Big Storm Brewery, located on the northwest corner of Amway Center (at Church St. & Division Ave.) will be open.
Door Times
-Doors open one hour prior to the posted start time.
(ie: doors open at 7:30 AM for an 8:30 AM graduation ceremony).
Flower Bouquets
-Flower bouquets are permitted inside the arena.
-Flower bouquets are available for purchase in the arena lobby and near the pedestrian bridge entrance.
Health & Safety Precautions
There are no health and safety requirements for high school graduations.
Parking
Free parking in Geico Garage is reserved for faculty & students. There are a limited number of first-come, first-served spots available to the public.*
Photography & Recording Equipment
-Photography and recording equipment are permitted inside the Amway Center.
-Tripods are NOT permitted inside the arena.
Post-Ceremony
After the ceremony, meet your graduate at the West Plaza near Church Street and Division Avenue.
Prohibited Items
-Flowers are welcome, but glass vases and balloons are not.
-A more detailed list of prohibited items may be found here. We encourage you to leave these items in your car or, preferably, at home.
Tickets
Tickets are NOT required for high school graduation ceremonies (some exceptions may apply). *
* Tickets ARE required for the following high school graduation ceremonies.

- Windermere High School
- Boone High School
Seating is general admission and on a first-come, first-served basis. Some seating is reserved and varies school by school. Guests interested in sitting together should arrive together. Saving seats is NOT permitted.
