Charitable Requests

Charitable ticket donations are at the discretion of the event promoter. If you are a 501(c)(3) organization and are requesting tickets for an event, please read the information below to submit your request.

Please provide a description of your 501(c)(3) charitable organization with contact information (name, phone number, e-mail address and mailing address) on company letterhead along with a specific description of your request - number of tickets desired, name of event, date and performance time. Please e-mail your request to charities@cityoforlando.net.

All requests must be received no later than two weeks prior to event date. If your request has been approved, a representative from the Orlando Venues marketing department will contact you directly.
